Search For Assets By Permission  

Permissions allow you to give User Groups access to specific assets when restrictions are needed. Now you can easily locate assets assigned a specific permission using the search bar. Similar to Tags, account permissions will automatically populate as you type into the search bar and clicking a permission will provide a view of all assets assigned that permission.

Add your Prefilled Fields to Copied Publications* 

Prefilled fields allow Users the ability to manage certain field values that are often reused, saving time entering repetitive information and ensuring accuracy. Now when a copy of a publication is shared, the receiver will have the option to update with their own prefilled field values with the click of a button, saving even more time creating publications. 

Link Prefilled fields to Hyperlinks*  

A new option, Prefilled fields, is now available when creating Hyperlink template fields allowing your users to easily link social handles, company websites, and more!
