This article describes how to use the My Active Tasks Module within the DivvyHQ dashboard.

The Divvy Details

Within the DivvyHQ Dashboard, you'll notice a My Active Tasks Module. This column displays a list of tasks deadlines ordered by:

  • Past Due
  • Today
  • Next 7 Days
  • Next 30 Days

Said another way...this is your "to-do" list which will show you for which tasks you are "next in line".

When working with this module, users have the ability to do the following:

  • Click the Past Due arrow for a full list of overdue tasks
  • Click the task title to view the task slide-in
  • Click the Content Item Title related to its task, to open its content item slide-in
  • Click the checkbox to the left of the task title to mark the task as "Done"
  • Filter tasks (see below)

The primary intent of this widget is to provide users with a quick view of their immediate priorities. The tasks are arranged based on what is next on your docket.

Filtering the My Production Tasks Widget

Don't have time to scroll through your task list to find what you are looking for? Well, we have you covered. To narrow down your to-dos to a certain date range and/or calendar, click the gear icon in the top right, select your date range or appropriate child calendar(s), then click the blue Update Feed button.

The My Production Task widget can be filtered by:

  • A Start Date and End Date span
  • Child calendar(s)

DivvyHQ will remember any filtering that you've applied, so your tasks widget will always be filtered when you land on your dashboard. If you want to remove or edit your filters, click the gear icon, click the Reset Filters link and click the Update Feed button.

Just in case you are wondering if you have filters in place, we provide a little hint by turning the gear icon Divvy orange, when one or more filters are in place.
