Disable Notifications for Parked Content
When you set a content item's status to "Parking Lot," notifications for that item will be turned off. This way, users won't receive notifications for content that's not yet active, allowing everyone to concentrate on more pressing tasks. Once the content moves from the "Parking Lot" status, notifications will resume as usual.
Restrict Editing for Published Content
Once a content item's status is set to "Published," it will be locked from further edits to the Published URL field, comments, and Production Tasks. This helps ensure that your published content remains consistent and reliable. Users with the role of GA (Global Admin) will retain full access to edit the item even when it is in this locked state.
Disable the Shared Calendar Feature
When this setting is activated, the functionality to share a calendar externally will be hidden. Users will no longer see the option to share the calendar, ensuring that your calendar's content remains internal and secure.
This setting is useful for maintaining privacy and controlling access to your schedules and plans. By restricting external sharing, you can ensure that your calendar information is only accessible to authorized users within your organization.
Automatically Update the Status of a Content Item
When all assigned production tasks are marked as "Done," this setting will automatically update the content item status to “Approved.” This automation saves time and ensures a smooth transition in your content creation process.
