Activating Your Account
When you're ready to activate your DivvyHQ trial account, go to the Billing area found in the dropdown under your name in the top right corner and follow these steps:
1. Make sure your User count is accurate. You can check this by going to the Cost Breakdown section on right side of the Billing page and it will tell you how many Users and Reviewers you have.
You can adjust your quantity by adding or removing people in the Team Members section of the platform.
2. Check your Plan Level and Contract Term to ensure you're on your desired plan and payment term. If you need to many an adjustment, click “Edit Plan”, make any necessary adjustment, and click “Save”.
3. Click the green Activate Account button and you’re all set!
This will trigger the Account Activation overlay, which allows you to confirm your payment method, enter credit card details (if applicable), billing email address (for receipts), and cost breakdown. If all that looks good, click Activate to finish the transaction.
Managing Your Billing Address and Billing Email Address
If you happen to change office locations or need to update the email address to which invoices and statements are sent, click the Edit Account button in the Account Overview screen. This will display a simple overlay for updating these details.
DivvyHQ Account Cost Breakdown
Based on your DivvyHQ plan level, current number of user seats (full users and reviewers) and any applicable discounts, the right side of the Account Overview interface will display your cost breakdown with all appropriate line items.
