Lytho's integration with Microsoft Teams ensures Review invitation notifications reach your team and stakeholders where they're already working, reducing the risk of important communications getting lost in cluttered inboxes. By delivering notifications in a trusted, mobile-friendly space, this integration makes Reviews easier to access and open, which means they'll be completed sooner and projects stay on schedule.

Connecting Your Account
Navigate to Account Settings then select Integrations
Toggle on the Microsoft Teams integration then select Connect Microsoft Teams > Connect
Once logged into Microsoft Teams, choose a Team and Channel for your Microsoft Teams environment:
- Team: Allows Lytho to look up users by their email address and send the Review invite via direct message.
- Channel: This is where a welcome message with next steps will be posted for your team.
Follow the remaining steps in Microsoft Teams and add the Lytho app.
Once the Lytho app is added to your Microsoft Teams account, all Lytho related notifications will appear in that chat.
Microsoft Teams and Lytho Workflow are now connected.
Depending on your organization, you may be required to contact your IT team to approve the integration.
Notification Options
Once Microsoft Teams is connected to your Lytho Workflow account, you will receive an instant Microsoft Teams message when you are invited to review a Proof. From the Microsoft Teams message, you can click directly into your Review to start providing feedback. In-app and email notifications will still be sent based on your notification preferences.
