Previously, our Knowledge Base was separate from our Support Portal, which often made it challenging to find the answers you needed quickly. We listened to your feedback and recognized the need for a more integrated and efficient solution. By merging these two essential resources, we aim to simplify your experience, reduce confusion, and ensure you have all the information you need at your fingertips.

Our updated, comprehensive Knowledge Base is available around the clock, offering detailed how-to guides and best practices for using our platforms, plugins, and integrations. Whether you're troubleshooting an issue or looking for ways to optimize your workflow, our extensive library of resources is here to help you succeed.


Note: Our Knowledge Base links have changed. Please review your internal documentation for embedded links and use our downloadable cheat sheet to quickly update any outdated links. Legacy Knowledge Bases found at guide.lytho.com and help.divvyhq.com will be retired on August 2.


Continued Customer Support

Our dedicated Customer Support Team remains available from 8 AM to 8 PM (Eastern) to assist with any questions or issues you may have. From Lytho Request Form updates to technical support, we're here to ensure you receive the help you need in a timely manner. With the new Support Portal, you also have access to ongoing and past support tickets for easy tracking when logged in. Not signed up? Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner. 


Monthly Live Sessions 

Join us for Lytho Lowdown Live, held on the first Friday of each month. These sessions are an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest features, ask questions directly to our team, and gain insights on how to make the most of our products. 


We'll soon offer additional live sessions, including Office Hours and Live Trainings.

To explore the new Support Portal, simply start navigating through the updated interface. We recommend bookmarking the portal for easy access. Don't forget to update any old Knowledge Base links you may have saved by August 2.
