Downloading Proof Assets

To download the original assets from a Review, select the More button in the top right corner of the Review environment to view available proof options.

Click Download and you will then be prompted to select which pages you would like to download to your computer. Make your selections and click Download to receive each asset in its original format.

If you would like to generate and download a PDF of assets including comments, annotations and approval statuses, select the Print option.

Downloading can be disabled at the Proof level or across your entire Lytho account.

To turn off downloading for a specific Proof, open the Proof, select Review Options, and toggle off Allow Asset Download.

If you want to disable downloading for all Proofs in your account, navigate to Account Settings > Features, and toggle off Review Asset Download.
