Toggle on the View Insights Dashboard permission to give users access to Insights. This permission allows users to apply additional filters to dashboard cards and export the visualizations and data.
Dashboard Types
There are five Insights dashboards available: Campaigns, Projects, Works, Requests, and Reviews. The default dashboard is the Reviews Dashboard and can be adjusted at any time using the Dashboard dropdown.
Dashboard Filters
Similar to Reports and Custom Views, the filters and data available within Insights will be based on the dashboard type selected.
Filters can be applied using the Filters dropdown.
Automatically, a rolling 12-months date range will be applied to each dashboard. This can be adjusted using the Date filter.
Exporting Insights Dashboards
Using the Export button, you can choose to export the dashboard or individual card as a PowerPoint or PDF. Exporting dashboards may be especially helpful when sharing team impact with users without Lytho accounts.

Creating Insights Custom Views
Select a dashboard type and apply filters to create a honed Insights dashboard that highlights trends for your organization. Once you've refined the data, click Save as New View to create a Custom View — making it easy to revisit and share the most relevant insights with your team!
Saved Custom Views will appear depending on the Dashboard Type you are viewing. For example, if you created a Custom View using the Campaigns Dashboard type for Leadership, you must select the Campaign Dashboard type to see it.
Share your Custom View with fellow Lytho Team Members by selecting the Overflow Menu > Share.
