I Have Received an Invitation to Lytho

If you received an invitation via email or through our Slack/Teams integrations, follow these steps:

Locate the invitation containing your temporary password. Click Accept Invitation to open your login page in a browser.

On the login page, choose one of the following options:

  • Log in with SSO (Single Sign-On) if your organization uses this, and skip to these steps.
  • Log in with Email if you are not using SSO.

Enter your email address (the one the invitation was sent to) and the temporary password, then click Log in with Email.

Update your password immediately using a strong password and save it in your password manager.

If prompted, update your profile information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address) and click Activate Account.

Once activated, you can start using Lytho!

I Am a Single Sign-On (SSO) User

SSO allows you to log in using your company’s authentication system. If you typically log in to company applications using SSO, you can do the same with Lytho:

  1. Click Log In with SSO Account (the wording may vary depending on your organization).
  2. You will be redirected to your organization's login page.
    • If you're already logged in, you'll be taken directly to Lytho.
  3. Moving forward, simply click the SSO Login button to access your account.

Lytho does not manage SSO user’s passwords. If you are unable to log in using SSO because of a forgotten password, you’ll need to reach out to your IT Organization for assistance.

I See a Different Login Page

If you are redirected to your company’s login page instead of Lytho’s, you are likely an SSO-only user. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in using your organization’s credentials.
  2. You will be redirected back to Lytho automatically.

Lytho does not manage SSO user’s passwords. If you are unable to log in using SSO because of a forgotten password, you’ll need to reach out to your IT Organization for assistance.
