This article includes the details of how to use the Published Content widget on your DivvyHQ Dashboard.


The Divvy Details

The Published Content widget displays a backward-looking, chronological list of content items that have recently been completed (or marked as published) in the last 30 days. This list is dynamic based on calendar access, so the logged-in user will only see content that is associated with the calendars to which they have access.

 


Widget Sections 

Within the widget, you'll notice that content items are organized into logical sections, based on the content item's publish date. Sections include:

  • Today - content items completed/published today
  • Last 7 days - content items completed in the last seven days
  • Last 30 days - content items completed in the last 8-30 days

As with other widgets on the Divvy dashboard, you can single-click a content item title to open its content item slide-in


Filtering the Published Content Widget

If you're looking for something specific, or wanting to narrow the list of published content items down to a certain date range, calendar or team of users, you now have that ability. Clicking the gear icon in the top right will open the widget's filter settings and enable you to filter by:

  • A Start Date and End Date span
  • Child calendar(s)
  • Assigned User(s)



Once you've selected your desired dates, calendars or team members, click the blue Update Feed button to view your filtered feed of published content items. DivvyHQ will remember these filter settings until you change them.

 

Just in case you are wondering if you have filters in place, we provide a little hint by turning the gear icon Divvy orange, when one or more filters are in place.


To remove or edit your filter settings, click the gear icon to open the filter settings overlay, click the Reset Filters link in the lower right, and then click the Update Feed button.
