If you're an existing Lytho user and your organization recently enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll need to complete a quick, one-time account linking process. This ensures your current Lytho account transitions smoothly to SSO without loss of data.
This process is only required the first time you log in with SSO.
Steps to Link Your Existing Lytho Account with SSO
Go to your organization's Lytho login URL. If you don’t know your URL, please reach out to your Lytho Admin or Lytho Support.

Click "Log in in with SSO Account" (if visible) and log in with your company credentials.
Depending on your organization's SSO configuration, you may see a Log in with SSO Account button. Click on this button and you will be brought to your company's SSO login portal. Enter your company account credentials as required.
You’ll see a notice that an account already exists for your email address. Confirm that the email is correct, then click the button labeled: Link to Company Name Account. Note: “Company Name” may be replaced with your company name or say SSO.

Open your company email with subject line: “Connect Lytho Accounts.” Click Connect Accounts in the email to complete the linking process. Note: If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Important Notes
To complete the linking process successfully, all steps must happen in the same browser.
- Example: If you start the login process in Chrome, make sure that when you click the confirmation link from the email that the web tab which opens is also in Chrome as well.
- If the link opens in a different browser (e.g. Edge or Safari), the linking will appear to fail. You’ll notice this if you return to the login page and are prompted to restart the linking process again.
If this happens:
Restart the linking process from your original browser. When you receive the email, instead of left-clicking Connect Accounts, right-click (Control + Click for Mac) to copy the link address. Then paste it into a new tab in the same browser where you started.
- Once successfully linked SSO becomes your only login method.
- You will be unable to login with your old Email and password logins through Lytho.
- You won’t be able to reset your Lytho password anymore or update your email address. If you forget your password, you must reset it through your company’s system (such as your IT department).
If at any time you run into any issues with this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Lytho Support for assistance.
