These are tailored to your brand and audience, helping your team navigate the platform more efficiently and effectively.

  • Sharing company or team updates
  • Delivering important legal disclaimers or compliance notices

What’s Included

Guides can be purchased in buckets of 5. Each purchased guide includes:

  • One custom draft and two rounds of revisions
  • Quarterly language updates 


Each account is limited to 10 active guides in Workflow and 10 in DAM (20 total). Older guides must be archived before deploying new ones. Delivery is managed by the Lytho team in close collaboration with your team.

Guides can be placed throughout Lytho Workflow and DAM.

Segmentation Capabilities

In-app guides can be segmented for highly targeted delivery. Available segmentation includes:

  • User Role*: Admin, Team Member, Stakeholder
  • First-Time Users: Show specific onboarding experiences
  • Feature Usage: Target users based on actions (e.g., clicked a feature within X days)
  • Manual Segment: Manually define a user group; does not update dynamically


This targeting ensures the right users receive the most relevant content, improving effectiveness and reducing noise.


*Note, Role segmentation is limited for DAM guides.



What You’ll Need to Provide

Once purchased, all guide requests will be submitted through the Lytho platform. Be ready to include:

  • Messaging and imagery
  • Desired guide location(s)
  • Branding, such as colors and fonts
    • Font options include: Arial, Arial Black, Courier, Courier New, Garamond, Georgia, Helvetica, Inherit, Palatino, Times, Times New Roman, Verdana
  • Target audience and any segmentation
  • Visibility timelines



Delivery Process & Timelines

Review and approval of guides will be managed through Lytho. 

  • Initial Draft: Delivered within 8 business days after receiving approved content
  • Revisions: Returned within 8 business days of receiving feedback


Note: Timelines begin when all required content is received. If submitting content for multiple guides, each will follow its own SLA based on when content is submitted.
