The Divvy Details
The download on a per content item basis allows you to download the content, within the content tab, to a Word Document or a PDF. This allows you to export a hard copy of the document that can be shared with external team members or stakeholders.
Download Button
The download button is housed next to the Send To, Duplicate, and Delete options within the Sandbox of a content item.
Download Formats
Within the download overlay you can select the format you wish the content of the content tab to be downloaded as (Microsoft Word Document or PDF).
Download
Once you selected your desired download format, hit the blue download button within the overlay, and you will have a handy downloadable version of your content item's content to print, share, email, and more!
