Modified on Wed, 19 Jun at 10:32 AM

With the growing popularity and usage of Microsoft Teams within companies around the globe, our Microsoft Teams integration empowers users to be in the know with what's happening with their campaigns and content projects.

Once you've installed and configured the integration, you will be notified directly within your Microsoft Teams application of relevant content item updates, next-in-line tasks, new assignments, comments, attachment uploads, and any other important information that's associated to you!

As Microsoft Teams continues to improve their application, we'll be updating our integration right alongside them. Be on the lookout for more improvements coming to this integration in the future.

How to Install & Configure the DivvyHQ App for Microsoft Teams

Quick note — Depending on your Microsoft Teams permissions, adding the DivvyHQ app to your Microsoft Teams environment may need to be executed by your Microsoft Teams administrator. You can share this guide with them if needed.

1. Go to the Apps area in your Microsoft Teams app. You can find this in the navigation panel on the left hand side.

2. In the Search field, search for DivvyHQ and select the DivvyHQ app.

3. Once the DivvyHQ app has been added to your Microsoft Teams environment, you'll see a new DivvyHQ icon in the left side navigation panel.

4. Lastly, you'll need to click the "Connect DivvyHQ Account" button to log in and authorize the connection. If you're already logged into Divvy via your internet browser, you'll immediately see a confirmation screen and a confirmation message in Microsoft Teams.

That's it! Once you've successfully connected the two apps, you'll start receiving campaign, content, and task notifications in much the same way as you do within the Divvy interface.
