Beginning February 1, 2023, Brandifyer will enter a phase of Extended Support. Brandifyer will no longer be eligible for renewal after December 31, 2023. We encourage you to make it a priority to learn more about an upgrade to Lytho’s Creative Operations Platform.
Extended Support for Brandifyer means:
- Your team may continue to use Brandifyer, as is
- We will not guarantee reported bugs will be fixed
- We will not guarantee software will work with the latest browsers and/or operating systems
- Use of Lytho development time for feature updates or templates may incur an additional fee
- Use of Lytho employee time to onboard or train new teams or users may incur an additional fee
- In the event we discover a security vulnerability in an older technology that cannot be routinely resolved, we reserve the right to turn off service during the remediation period, including the possibility of eventually terminating service, without credit or refund to the customer
