Which features have been worked on/added to Lytho since the latest release?
Select a default paragraph style per richtext field
Creating publications from templates with richtext fields can involve quite some text formatting. To help users choosing the best paragraph and character styles we already introduced the possibility to show only a selection from all available styles in the template field settings. Thereafter, we added the option to select one of the available paragraph styles as a default style. By selecting one of the available styles as a default style, no user will experience the unwanted situation where text will be displayed without any styling. Hereby, we try to take on-brand communication and user experience to an even higher level.
Zoom on assets, templates, and publications
Looking closely at details of assets, templates and publications have been made easier than ever before. Our new zoom option can be recognized by the magnifying buttons above the previews. Use these buttons or your scroll wheel to enlarge or decrease the preview.
Improved UI when creating a publication
After some feedback from our users, we have revised the publication creation process. We made changes to the user interface by moving all buttons from the bottom to the top and renaming some of them as they were confusing. This will contribute to more consistency on our platform and hopefully a better user experience.
Reordering attachments within brand guides
Another requested feature we have added is the option to reorder the brand guide attachments. This makes creating the perfect brand guide even easier for those who like to have every little detail perfectly arranged.
